Please remember , that ALL prices quoted INCLUDES DELIVERY charges to and from your delivery address; there are no hidden extra costs and no delivery to calculate. What you see here is what you pay.
You can phone us on 0845 017 0533 to confirm your hire date and we will take your payment details (payment by card only). You will receive the unit on the agreed date from our courier (Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm - Saturday delivery is available at additional cost - please ask) - and you then have three weeks to return the units to Facedown Support Hire.
Unlike our competitors, we offer you up to 3 weeks' equipment rental as standard (which costs less than for one week with them), but if you want to send the equipment back before the hire period expires, just give us a call to arrange an early collection at no extra cost.

Fill in and sign the hire agreement in full and return it to us by post or simply use our order form.
Please note, the more notice we have of your date the better, as we only have a limited number of units available for hire, on a first-come, first-served basis. However, do not hesitate to contact us regarding short-notice hire as we can often accommodate.
It is your responsibility to get in touch with Facedown Support Hire to arrange for a courier to be sent to collect the unit. Call us on 0845 017 0533 to arrange a convenient day for collection (Monday - Friday) and we will assign a courier to collect from your address.Please make sure the unit is cleaned and packed away in the carry case provided and packed back in its' orginal packaging.
The driver will bring along the shipping labels for the box(es) - all you need to do is make sure that the units are packed back into their original boxes.
Please get in touch before the end of your rental to arrange collection, as any days outside of the 3 weeks that the units remain in your possession will be charged for on a daily rate as per our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
